Are There Any Side Effects?
Like all treatments, Morpheus8 does have side effects. Immediately after the treatment you will experience redness, swelling and small marks or bruising to the area treated. We recommend that you refrain from touching your skin to prevent infection. In the days following treatment, you may experience areas of the skin that feel tight and appear shiny. Peeling or flaking from the skin is also common. Most patients can return to their usual activities within 1-2 days post-treatment although care must be taken to protect the area/s treated from sun exposure by using sun protection daily.
Our expert practitioner is highly qualified in carrying out Morpheus8 treatments and will discuss side effects in detail during your consultation, so you are able to make an informed decision about treatment.
Skin that is properly cared for and protected through the healing process will benefit the most from the Morpheus8 procedure. You will be provided with Pre and Post Care Instructions prior to your first treatment.
When will I see results from Morpheus8?
Visible results can begin to be seen 1-2 weeks after your first treatment. The best results are seen after 3 weeks as this is when the production of new collagen and elastin will start to take effect. Results can last up to 3-6 months following your last treatment.

How Many Treatments Will I need?
The number of treatments needed depends on your individual needs. However, most patients require between 3 treatments spaced 4 – 6 weeks apart for best results. The number of treatment sessions required will be dependent on your age, skin type, and desired outcome. During your consultation, our expert skin practitioner will be able to provide a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve the results. A maintenance treatment may be recommended to maintain your results.
How Long Does it Take?
Each session takes about thirty to forty-five minutes to complete. You may be asked to come in an hour before your appointment to allow time for a topical numbing cream to be applied. You may notice immediate improvement following each treatment, but it typically takes four weeks before you see long-term benefits.
Is Morpheus8 Treatment Painful?
Morpheus8 is a form of microneedling, so some discomfort is likely to be felt during treatment. Numbing is cream applied to the area being treated an hour ahead of treatment. Although discomfort may be felt at times, the treatment is certainly bearable, and our expert practitioner will help to ensure that you are feeling as comfortable as possible throughout the treatment.
Am I Suitable for a Morpheus8 Treatment?

The ideal patient for Morpheus8 is beginning to see the visible signs of aging including wrinkles and mild to moderate sagging skin. It is also suitable for patients who are looking to improve the quality of the skin and reduce acne scarring. People who are pregnant, nursing or have active skin conditions such as eczema, sores, psoriasis, or rashes should not receive Morpheus8 treatments.

What Celebrities have had Morpheus8?
Morpheus8 is a popular treatment with many celebrities and is often hailed as the reason for their youthful and glowing skin. Celebrity fans of the Morpheus8 treatment include Kim Kardashian, Paula Abdul and Jessica Simpson.
What Is Morpheus8?
The Morpheus8 technology uses a combination microneedling with radiofrequency to tighten and remodel the skin. It works by stimulating collagen production and induces skin rejuvenation, and you end up with tighter, more youthful looking skin!
How does Morpheus8 work?
Morpheus8 works by stimulating new collagen production within the dermis layer of the skin. This stimulation occurs through radiofrequency energy delivered via small electrodes placed directly onto the skin’s surface. These tiny needles penetrate only about 1 millimeter deep into the epidermal layers of the skin. As these needles pass over each hair follicle, they deliver electrical impulses that stimulate new collagen fibers’ growth.
What Areas Are Treatable?
The most common areas that can be treated are areas where you would like to see improvement in the skin texture, elasticity and tone. This includes the face, neck, chest, décolletage, hands, arms, abdomen, back, buttocks, thighs and even your knees.
What Facial Aging Concerns Can Morpheus8 Treat?
• The most common aging signs that we treat with Morpheus8 are:
• Fine lines around eyes and mouth.
• Deep creases on the forehead or between eyebrows.
• Wrinkles on nose bridge and cheeks.
• Skin laxity/looseness under the chin area.
• Loss of volume in cheek areas.
What makes Morpheus8 different from other Microneedling devices?
Unlike a traditional laser or light therapy, which only treats surface-level issues, Morpheus8 works on all levels of the skin, creating a smooth, even appearance without any downtime. Morpheus8 uses specially insulated needles that deliver high-intensity radio frequency energy into the targeted tissue once the needles have broken through the skin. Radiofrequency energy heats up the skin’s tissue which stimulates tissue remodeling and therefore enhances the production of new collagen and elastin. This heat metabolizes unhealthy cells and fibers, in-turn causing stimulation to produce healthy new cells. The result is added structure, reduced pore size, reduced acne scarring, skin tightening and improvement in lines/wrinkles & skin texture. This treatment is also used for stretchmarks and surgical scars.
What So Special about Radio Frequency?
• Smoother skin, reduce wrinkles
Boosting collagen levels is always beneficial for reducing wrinkles. Fractional Radio Frequency amplifies the process. Heat created by the added Radio Frequency energy works to constrict underlying skin layers, helping to further smooth out even the most severe lines and wrinkles.
• Penetrates deeper into the skin
Fractional radio frequency can address deeper layers of the skin without creating significant damage to the top layers of the skin. This is due to the Radio Frequency energy being delivered past the tip of each needle to deep layers of the skin to stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin.
• Better for Acne Scars
All scars, including acne scars, are tough patches of thick and damaged skin. Fractional Radio Frequency is more able than traditional microneedling in addressing scars as the added Radio Frequency energy breaks up scar matter better than just needle punctures alone. Providers can also focus higher levels of Radio Frequency energy on scarred skin to maximize results.
