Am I a candidate for truBody™?
Because truBody™ is a sequence of customized treatments designed to meet individual needs, most healthy men and women can benefit from the treatments. During your consultation, your provider will discuss with you if you are a candidate based on your health and medical history.
How long does a treatment take?
Your first treatment to reduce fat and jump start your muscle definition will take approximately one hour. Subsequent muscle sculpting treatments will take only 15 or 45 minutes, depending on the treatment mode selected.
How many treatments will be needed?
Remarkable results can be achieved with as little as four treatments. Additional treatments may be required to achieve the personalized results you desire.
What will treatments feel like?
Your first treatment will start with 15 minutes of fat reduction that is typically described as feeling like an intense warmth, like a hot stone massage or getting into a jacuzzi. During this part of the treatment, the temperature of your skin will rise and feel warm, but remain comfortable. The last 45 minutes of your first treatment and subsequent treatments are muscle sculpting, during which you will feel a gentle contraction sensation as the treatment begins with the intensity and muscle contraction slowly increasing over time but remaining comfortable.
Is there really no downtime?
truBody™ treatments are non-invasive, require no recovery time, and allow you to immediately return to normal activities after treatment. After the treatments, the area may be warm and flushed for one hour, and you may notice slight tingling for up to a few hours. In the following days, the treatment area may be sensitive, and you may experience some slight muscle soreness which will resolve within 48-72 hours.
When will I see results?
Results are visible after just one treatment with maximum results visible after 12 weeks. Additional treatments may be required to achieve the personalized results you desire.
